We hope you love your Pola piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
* Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags and original packaging
* Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
* Full-price items are eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit
* Sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund
* Sale items may be eligible for an exchange or store credit only (subject to availability)
* Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping of their items, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@polathelabel.co.za
 with clear photos and a brief description.
If the issue is due to a manufacturing fault, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.
